Bronco Bean Seeds

Bronco Bean Seeds

About- High yielding bush green bean with long straight pods that have better flavor than most  other bush green bean varieties. Bronco performed very well in our vegetable trial garden, here in Lancaster, PA.

Type- Stringless Green Bush

When and Where to Plant- Select a sunny location and plant when all danger of frost is past and the soil has warmed. For best results, loosen soil with spade or fork, fertilize with vegetable food and smooth over with a rake. Firm soil over seed and keep soil moist. For a continuous supply of fresh beans, plant every 3 weeks.

Care and Harvest- Grows best in a soil with a pH between 6 and 7, and just a light application of fertilizer. Water at ground level to reduce the probability of disease. Pick beans every 2-3 days, when pods are 4-6 inches long and before seeds develop and the sides bulge. Hold the stem with one hand and pick with the other hand to avoid tearing the plant.
